One of the most exciting things about being an Internet Marketer is always having the ability to learn something new every single day. I don't' care if you are a seasoned "guru" or a "newbie" the more information we share with each other the more we grow and each help grow our businesses.
Recently I was exposed to the world of Web 2.0. Without a shadow of doubt, video is the most effective tool for lead generation that there is right now on the net. If you go to Alexa.com you will see on their home page that YouTube is currently the third highest ranking site on the internet today.
So what does this mean for us as Internet Network Marketers? It means that we now have to power to reach millions of people about our products, companies and services thereby increasing our ability to generate more wealth for ourselves and help others achieve their dreams of financial independence.
People involved in Internet Network Marketing use videos all the time. We use them in live seminar presentations. We create videos to train members of our downline and we use them in opportunity talks. If you are not using video to promote your services you best believe that you are missing out on a considerable amount of money that could be in your pockets.
Let's take a look at exactly why the use of Video/Web 2.0 is so effective and how you can easily incorporate it into your own marketing strategies.
Let's be honest people. The attention span of the average web surfer is five seconds tops. If you can't capture your viewer's attention in that time frame then you've lost the deal. With video you have the ability to engage your viewer with more than just a sales copy letter. This is a good thing because prospects can then feel a lot more at ease knowing that they will be working with someone genuinely real. People who remember your face will associate you as the face of an expert which will help further increase your credibility as an internet network marketer.
